It has been 40 days since the beginning of the 77-day survey. During this period, 203 volunteers of the Bir student volunteer programs learned the opinion of up to 30,000 capital city residents of various age categories at about 600 stops. Residents of the capital city who wish the renewal of the city’s public transport systems willingly took part in the survey. Studying the residents’ opinion is very important for us in terms of ensuring the comfort of passengers. We once again urge everyone to be active and take part in the survey.

Notably, the Baku Transport Agency has launched a first project for urban transport. Information about passenger traffic is obtained from the passengers themselves. The goal is to ensure the direct participation of passengers in the modernization and optimization of the bus route network of the capital city, which is very important in terms of public involvement.

The obtained information will be used to determine the route lines, on which 300 modern and comfortable buses will be launched as part of the work to update the capital's bus fleet.
